FRAPPE'

In a blender add 16 oz of ice

 2 scoops Original Mocafe'

 4 oz of brewed AIKANE PLANTATION COFFEE

Blend until smooth (optional-top with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon)


SMOOTHIE

2/3 cup - ground AIKANE PLANTATION COFFEE

4 1/2 cups - cold water

2 cups - pineapple juice, chilled

1 quart - vanilla ice cream, softened

Brew coffee and water in a drip coffee maker. Chill 4 cups of brewed coffee. Combine chilled coffee, pineapple juice and ice cream; beat at low speed in an electric mixer until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.


SPICY COFFEE

1 Cup ground AIKANE PLANTATION COFFEE

1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Almond Extract

1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract

9 Cups cold Water

Place ground coffee in the paper or filter basket of a drip coffee maker. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour the almond and vanilla extract over the coffee mixture. Add water to coffee maker and brew. Serve immediately.


COFFEE & COCOA ENCRUSTED SIRLOIN

2 Tbsp very finely ground AIKANE PLANTATION COFFEE

1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/8 tsp cinnamon

1 lb sirloin steak, about 1" thick, trimmed of fat

1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 tsp kosher salt

1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Prepare and preheat a charcoal fire.

In a pie plate or glass baking dish, combine coffee, cocoa powder and cinnamon.  Set aside.

Rub the steak with oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Coat the steak with the coffee-cocoa mixture, rubbing it into the meat.

Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let it rest 5 minutes.

Thinly slice across the grain and serve with collected juices.
